Dear Students,

We are pleased to announce the 1st edition of the professional workshop focused on Advanced Internet Architecture, VHC Telco Networks, Services, Edge Cloud and Mathematical Models. This seminar provides an advanced, integrated understanding of the Internet as a global communication system.

Workshop Overview

Format: In presence.

Duration: 28 hours (7 sessions of 4 hours each).

Dates: From April 10 to May 22, 2026.

Instructor: Gianfranco Ciccarella, Senior ICT Consultant; former Corporate CTO and CIO (Telecom Italia Sparkle); Chairman and CEO of Telecom Italia group companies;

Eligibility & Credits

Credits: Successful completion of the workshop grants 3 CFU (Category F).

Target Audience: Master’s Degree students and third-year Bachelor’s students in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, Control Systems and Automation Engineering. PhD students in Information Engineering and Sciences.

External Participants: External auditors are also welcome to attend free of charge.

Requirements: No expert knowledge is required, but basic knowledge on internetworking is desired.

Enrollment Details

Please note that attendance is limited to a maximum of 30 participants, selected based on the number of university credits (CFU) already earned.
